- Services Covered: This policy applies to all paid Coollabs services, including subscriptions to Coolify, Fonts, or other hosted solutions.
- Usage: Refunds are eligible for accounts without any usage limitation.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., misuse of resources).
- Requests submitted after the 30-day period.

- Review: We will review your request within 5 business days to confirm eligibility.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds will exclude any transaction fees charged by payment processors.
