These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services and applications ("products") provided by coolLabs Solutions Kft. ("we", "us", or "our") under the domains coollabs.io, coolify.io, images.coollabs.io, safetyper.com, and all subdomains, as well as any other services we may launch.

Acceptance of Terms.

By accessing or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using our products immediately.

Our Services.

We develop and maintain open-source products, including:

  • Coolify: A self-hosting platform for deploying applications, databases, and services
  • Jean: An AI-powered development tool
  • Fonts: A privacy-friendly Google Fonts replacement
  • Other products: Any additional services available through our domains

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our products at any time without prior notice.

User Accounts.

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use.

You agree not to use our products to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Disrupt, overload, or abuse our infrastructure or other users' experience
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our products beyond what is permitted by their open-source licenses
  • Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content

Intellectual Property.

Our products are primarily open-source and released under their respective licenses (e.g., Apache 2.0, MIT). You are free to use, modify, and distribute the source code in accordance with those licenses.

The coolLabs name, logos, branding, and trademarks remain the property of coolLabs Solutions Kft. and may not be used without our prior written consent.

Payment & Refunds.

Some of our products offer paid features or subscriptions. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees listed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Limitation of Liability.

We work hard to keep our products reliable, secure, and available. However, no software is perfect — bugs happen, servers hiccup, and things occasionally break. We can't promise 100% uptime or a completely error-free experience, but we're always working to improve.

If something does go wrong, our responsibility is limited to refunding what you paid us in the last month. We're a small team building open-source software, and this helps us keep doing that.

Termination.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our products at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may stop using our products at any time by deleting your account.

Upon termination, your right to use our products ceases immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our products shall be resolved in the courts of Hungary.

Changes to These Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and we will notify you via email or within our products. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
